Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by FlowTech Digital, a division of FlowTech AI PTY LTD (ABN 76 689 878 420). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

FlowTech Digital provides website design, development, SEO, and digital marketing services as described in our service packages. Specific deliverables will be outlined in your project agreement.

2. Pricing

Our work is priced as a one-time build, with an optional monthly care plan if you would like us to look after your site afterwards:

• Websites: one-time, from $2,000
• Branding: one-time, from $990
• AI Influencer creation: one-time, from $499
• Care plans (optional): monthly, from $99/month, cancel anytime

Exact pricing is confirmed in your written quote before any work begins. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

3. Payment Terms

• One-time builds: a deposit is due before work commences, with the balance due on completion before final handover
• Optional care plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled anytime
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• Late payment on a care plan may pause that plan's services until resolved

4. No Lock-In

There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. One-time builds are exactly that — once your project is paid and delivered, you owe nothing further. Optional care plans run month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time.

5. Cancellation & Ownership

You can cancel an optional care plan at any time; it ends at the close of your current monthly billing period. Upon cancellation:

• You retain ownership of the content and design files we created for you
• Any hosting we manage on your behalf continues until the end of the paid period
• We can provide your files for you to host elsewhere on request

6. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of all content, images, and materials you provide to us
• Our Work: Upon full payment, you own the website design and content we create specifically for your project
• Third-Party Assets: Some elements (stock photos, fonts, plugins) may be licensed and subject to their respective terms

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback
• Supply necessary content, images, and access credentials
• Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure you have rights to any content you provide

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowTech Digital's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

9. Website Performance

While we strive for optimal results, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or conversion rates, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
