Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by FlowTech Digital Solutions, a division of FlowTech AI PTY LTD (ABN 76 689 878 420). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

FlowTech Digital Solutions provides website design, development, SEO, and digital marketing services as described in our service packages. Specific deliverables will be outlined in your project agreement.

2. Service Packages & Pricing

• Starter Package: $1,000 setup + $200/month (3-month minimum)
• Growth Package: $2,000 setup + $500/month (6-month minimum)
• Premium Package: $5,000 setup + $1,000/month (12-month minimum)

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

3. Payment Terms

• Setup fees are due in full before work commences
• Monthly fees are charged on the same date each month
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• Late payments may result in service suspension

4. Minimum Commitment

Each package includes a minimum commitment period as specified above. Early cancellation within the minimum period may result in a cancellation fee equal to the remaining months' fees.

5. Cancellation

After your minimum commitment period, you may cancel with 30 days written notice to hello@flowtechdigital.com.au. Upon cancellation:

• You retain ownership of all content and design files we created for you
• Website hosting will be discontinued at the end of your billing period
• We can provide files for you to host elsewhere upon request

6. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of all content, images, and materials you provide to us
• Our Work: Upon full payment, you own the website design and content we create specifically for your project
• Third-Party Assets: Some elements (stock photos, fonts, plugins) may be licensed and subject to their respective terms

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback
• Supply necessary content, images, and access credentials
• Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure you have rights to any content you provide

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowTech Digital Solutions' liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

9. Website Performance

While we strive for optimal results, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or conversion rates, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
